Questions related to the orders
Q: What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
A: Please write to our client service about the cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Where do I see my package’s follow up number?
A: After sending the package out, our systems send an automatic message, that includes the DPD follow up number.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: 2-7 days after ordering.
Q: For how long can I send back the product if I change my mind?
A: For 14 days after delivery. For more info please check the Return menu.
Q: I did not get a confirmation about my order.
A: Please check your Promotion or Spam folder. In case it is still missing, please write to our client service at email@example.com.
Q: What if I got a defective product?
A: Send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org including a photo of the product. We check it, and will send you a reply note with futher instructions. Then you’ll have to send the product back to Nike Árkád, and if your complain is right, you will get a voucher that you can use online.
Questions about payment
Q: Do you have a cash on delivery payment option?
A: Sure, with cash and with credit card too. In this case please mark it when ordering.
Q: I already paid my order with a credit card. What if I want to cancel my order?
A: Please write a cancellation note to email@example.com. If we did not send out the package yet, the amount will be there after dissolvation. If we sent it out, then you have to send it back, and then we will return the money.
Q: Is it possible to pay with SZÉP Card?
A: Unfortunately not at the moment.
Questions about accepting the package
Q: Where can I pick up my package personally?
A: In our Nike Árkád store. In this case you can only pay with credit card.
Q: Which courier company delivers my package?
A: We coop with DPD.
Q: What if the size I ordered is not the right one?
A: Please see our „Return” menu. You have to register your return, afterwards send the product back, and the store will arrange you the new product.
